This paper aims to determine if there is a significant relationship between the academic performance of students in Lourdes School Quezon City and their breakfast consumption. The data was collected through survey questionnaires and numerical secondary data. Moreover, the study used a descriptive correlation design. The respondents of this research are the junior and senior high school students of Lourdes School Quezon City. Slovinâ€™s formula was used in order to get a sample size from each grade level given the population of high school students; and random sampling technique was used for the sample of the aforementioned target population. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between breakfast and academic performance of high school students in Lourdes School Quezon City.
